I usually get a medium in gloves, so I was surprised that these weren't as form fitting as I expected. They must run a little large, as I had some spare fabric around the palms. Was going to use these for marching band, but they proved to be a bit of a hassle. They were thin too. Might just be due to personal variables though, so the one main thing I want you to take away is size down! Or try them in a store first to see how baseball gloves fit you best. They might be very different from other gloves as a whole.

I'm a 5'10" guy with pretty average sized hands and I ordered the size large to use during my softball games. The hand part fits fine, though it is a little snug. I'm sure it will loosen up as they get used over time. I will say though, that these gloves are a little mismatched in size (quality control?) as the left glove is clearly smaller than the right. Also, compared to more comfortable gloves I've owned, these are also a little shorter than I would like. Meaning, they don't go down my wrist as much as I would prefer. They sort of stop right on the bumpy bone on my wrist which leaves them being not super comfortable. I would definitely prefer if they were an inch longer.That said, they seem well made overall. The leather is soft and covers the entire palm of my hand and the grip works well on the bat. I'm not altogether disappointed in them, I just wish they were designed a little differently. They're nice looking gloves and I'll still use them.FYI, I didn't see it listed anywhere on the product page which made it a little confusing but you DO get two gloves, both a left and right hand, with this and not just 1 glove.
