The good news is that the quality is exactly what you'd expect from a brand like Rawlings. Absolutely pro-quality. Very durable, should last for many years. Only thing that needs improving has nothing to do with the product itself. But more about the packing and shipping method. You've got about 55 pounds worth of heavy materials in a not-so-rugged cardboard box. By the time the package showed up on our doorstep, it looked like it had been dragged down the highway behind the delivery truck. The stanchion literally fell right out of the box when I first lifted it off the ground. Which is odd, considering how well similar softball field products we've ordered from Rawlings came packed before.The good news is that the bases were in great condition. Which is a testament to their own durability. So no reason to not order over packaging concerns. But whether it's Rawlings or Amazon that's responsible for how the product is packaged, they REALLY need to re-think how they do it. Because eventually someone is going to order this set, and wind up missing a stanchion (if not a base). Otherwise, great investment.

Great deal, cheaper than on the manufacturer site too!!! But my God the SMELL that comes off these things, it's a very strong fish/shrimp smell that smacks you in the face, hoping leaving them outside on the cold air will help some, had to run the box out of the house and they are not the lightest thing lol.
