We bought this catcher’s helmet for our grandson’s tenth birthday. It easily adjusted to fit him well, and seems well-made and well-priced. He’s anxious to use it when baseball season soon starts. We feel confident he will be protected well.

I took my sons to get painted but this is the rawlings helmet. We have tried some from easton and all star and he always comes back to this one for the comfort. It's easy for him to pull off when he has to catch a pop up, and doesn't bogg him down when wearing it for a long time. The padding on the inside is starting to come apart and we have only had it for about 1 year so some durability issues but worth dealing with for the comfort.
