Great glove - I bought this to replace my 30 year old first baseman's glove and it works fine for senior league softball. Probably the last glove I ever buy.I was very easy to break in and was playable with an couple of weeks of break-in.

I only returned it because I found it for a lower price.Since softballs are big, sometimes it feels good to have a big glove. This glove is as big as they get, and since it's made by Rawlings, the quality is definitely there. Playing catch for half an hour will break the glove in enough to be game ready. The wrist pocket is comfortable, and the glove has enough stiffness in the thumb and pinky to keep the structure good so you still have enough control over this MASSIVE GLOVE.Seriously, it's big. Do you NEED a glove this big? If you're in the outfield, it's really player preference. But not the infield. Too big.Or maybe you have big hands. In that case, give the glove a shot.
