Wanted to have this on hand as i like them more than what comes with replacement brake pads.

Got this to have boots on hand in case my 2014 Explorer needed new boot. Used the boots, the clips, but not the springs. Springs were not bent correctly, so used the old ones. If you need new springs, look elsewhere.The clips are interesting...the side that contacts the bracket is coated with a cloth type backer, and the face that contacts the brake pad is painted black. The clips are steel, they stick to a magnet. The factory clips are an alloy that is definitely not as ferrous as the Rasybestos...we'll see how they rust. Factory lasted 100K, and still OK, but had new ones, so put them in.
