I gave 5 stars because of the design. The con I ran into was the coating was too thick and it would not slide into my receiver. I Sanded all the coating/paint off and finally it fit. The quality of the part seems high and setting up is doable but not overly easy. Be sure and buy safety chains as they are not included. I can now pull my Jeep behind the RV worry free.I shall update when I have used it more.
