Beautiful wheels but had a similar problem to previous post.My back axle is slightly too long because the rear alloy is flat in the centre of the wheel where as on the original white ones there is a slight mound.This can easily be remodied with a couple of washers behind the wheel nut.

I am restoring my first RC car which is a Team Academy Roadrunner which I got back in 1987. I was looking for a replacement set of wheels and found these. The original wheels are plastic with a coating on them to give them a chrome look, so the style of these rims and the original are a match, but the quality of these wheels are so much better. The three piece rims were easy to assemble and the final result is great! Highly recommended!

I purchased these only to find that they will not fit the tires that come with the buggy champ kit. The quality and finish are very good which is why I am still considering keeping them but if I do I will need to buy the tires that come with the sand scorcher.
