Flight Checklist:

-Always turn the transmitter on first

-Ensure the throttle control stick is at bottom position before connecting the battery.

-Fly the mode(hand-launch or take off from a flat/level surface).

-Unplug the battery from ESC

-Always turn off the transmitter last.

How To Take Off:

1. Hold the middle of the plane;

2. Choose the beginner or intermedia mode;

3. Push the throttle to 2/3;

4. Throw the plane forward horizontally.

Suggestion for Beginner: Take off by hand throw.

Note:

1.Please follow the instruction manual to learn how to control this airplane correctly and check the airplane to see if the rudder and elevator are centered before flying it.

2. Please connect the battery to airplane first and then turn on the transmitter within 3 seconds, the transmitter will automatically bind to the airplane and you are able to fly it.

3. The landing gear is single-use, so it can't taxi off all the time. It is recommended to take off by hand throw after you’re skilled.

4. If you want to use the one key u-turn function please follow the instruction manual to activate it before flying the airplane, if you don’t do that this function would not work when you press the one key u-turn button.

5. If the airplane impact something and causes the nose be disconnected, you could stick the nose back to the airplane by glue freely.

6.If battery at a low voltage you will get a delayed response from plane, so please get the plane back when you find that the plane is not working properly.

7.To prevent from damages,the throttle channel is locked each time when powering on your transmitter.

Troubleshooting

Plane/Propeller stop working Verify the battery condition firstly. Then check the plane throttle and steering. The motor may out of position if throttle just respond with noise and prop not working. Need a long iron bar to move the motor back to position. If you cant hear motor working, then probably is the receiver mistake, need to replace it.
Steering hard or cant turning Make sure you connect the remote with rc plane well. Check if rudder being well centered, adjust it by rudder trimmer button, or manually move the push rod of rudder by its arc-shaped section slightly. If center good, then try throttle and check if motor working to exclude receiver problem. If nothing bad, then it’s a servo problem.
Plane cant fly/Plane not work Check if you connect the plane battery firstly then start the remote to bind them together. Ensure the throttle had been unlocked before flying, by pushing the left rod of controller up and down. Motor dislocation caused by plane crash may also have this issue. If everything fine, try throttle and steering, to see if receiver working good.
Avoid plane to fly away Keep in mind to fully charge the battery before flying. Follow the right pairing step for plane and remote. Firstly connect the plane battery then start the controller. Make sure you play the plane within control range, avoid to play it around high interference sites.
Elevation not working/No lifts Be sure the remote and plane being well pairing. Elevator mistakes may also cause plane nose dives and can't fly well. Check if elevator being well centered, adjust it by aileron trimmer button on controller, or manually move the push rod of elevator by its arc-shaped section slightly. If everything ok, then may caused by receiver mistake.
Prop fall off/keep spinning Normally, prop fall of means propeller saver is working to prevent propeller broken when plane hit something. Otherwise pls check the propeller base, see if there is any damage, need to replace the prop base. Receiver abnormality may cause the plane propeller cant stop spinning.

Ive got the Leambe/VolantexRC brand warbirds as well and this plane is very similar to those with the exception of its faster and its definitely more twitchy even with the beginner mode selected. My advice is this is a fun plane, but until you've gotten used to a warbird version I would leave this one as a 2nd choice. Also, the yt videos of taking off without hand throwing, you need to make sure the landing gear wheels are straight and 'squeeze' the rear ones to give you a little more ground clearance. I have a dozen take offs and landings with no issues. Also, the warbird versions give you a warning when the battery is about to die (roughly 8-10 min at full throttle with all of them), but this f16 basically just dies in the air and since the wingspan isnt great, it does NOT glide.... you basically get a 5-10 seconds deadstick to make some corrections with ailerons to attempt a non crash landing - not a great beginner plane feature. Also this plane will stall very fast on tight turns if you try and 'bank' the turn to far since it has no rudder - even in beginner mode.I like it, but its not my favorite.... for the price it is a great plane though.

I'm an experienced RC flyer for 20 years+. SO...It arrived and I thought "no way this flys well". But...took it to the school yard and first toss it was a hoot. Started on easy mode, and it was stable as a rock in 6mph winds. Quickly flipped up to medium and it did loops and super nimble. Floats i the air for gentle landings. I have a bunch of batteries, flew it for about an hour. Flys 5-10 minutes on a battery which is incredible. I fly large models with huge motors and batts...but this is a perfect solution to fly at the park. Buy this, fly this and have some fun. Not sponsored. OH, not tried the landing gear yet. maybe tomorrow.
