How To Order Our Chains

If you order multiple quantities, they will be delivered as one continuous chain. The exception is welded brass chains, which have a maximum length of 10 feet. Quick connectors are available separately for extending chain lengths.

About Welded Chains Welded chains, signified by a -W in the title, are made from links that are welded closed. This increases maximum weight load, but the links cannot be opened up to directly connect. A chain connector, sold separately, may be required to attach the chain.
About Unwelded Chains Unwelded chains, signified by a -U in the title, are partially or entirely made from links that are not welded. The weight capacity will not be as high as welded chains, but for most unwelded chains, the links can be opened with pliers to adjust the length or directly connect to an item.
About Maximum Chain Lengths Unwelded brass chains (-U) have no length restrictions, while welded brass chains (-W) may be limited to 10 feet. For continuous lengths over 10 feet of welded brass chains, please check with us for availability.

I needed a hacksaw to open the links my chain splitter wouldn’t work on the chain.Would never buy again and caution anyone looking to buy this chandelier cain to be prepared!

cheap light chain the customer looked up and had me purchase to relocate there existing kitchen ceiling light 6 over feet from junction boxPersonally didn't like it as it is to small of a link for good hanging/draping formwith wiring running throughBut customer loved it so that's all that really matters
