I’ve trained in the martial arts close to 40 years. this body guard is great, It allows me to demonstrate power and self defense techniques to students plus allows me to feel if they are generating power when training. Would buy again.

It’s a good product, if you’re trying to do body conditioning it doesn’t stop much, might be perfect for kids maybe. But RDX IS A GREAT BRAND i have all my stuff from them and others in my class 👍🏾

I bought this body protector for sparring but it's too well padded. The length from chest to torso/abdomen is about right for me at 5'9". The L/XL, could be consider smaller than advertised in the sell photo. I've used it for a week and I'm absolutely satisfied with the how well it absorbs body punches from all angles- chest, ribs, kidneys. I have yet to got home sore from training or training others. If you are a beginner or intermediate person, it's great. For the price to save your organs and bones at a beginner/intermediate level it's worth it.

My grown sons love this vest. It’s thinner than I expected but still great. One is a Marine and competes in jujitsu so it’s more for my youngest son who is starting to train with my oldest in boxing/jujitsu.

Ok so my only problem w these is that they may be too padded. Can hit really hard and the person wearing them will feel very little.
