Sharp points, nice weight. The never chip paint looks good after tons of bouncing off rocks & structure. This is a great piece of tackle at a great price. My review process: 5*- Blew me away, features that are much better than anticipated (rare). 4*- Product is as expected, and good quality. This is a STRONG review. 3* - Product should function, but has minor flaws. (Average product) 2*- Product may work, but won't last long/cheaply made/major flaws/issues, item failure w/ some remediation from seller. 1* - Poor item/failure during use, or before, no remediation from seller.

Love these jika rigs for punching through grass beds or getting deep down to where the smallmouth are off of marinas and peers.

Ended up having a way better experience with this after throwing one all day. While I still don't like the way all the parts are connected, looks like the swivel will open up and lose everything, they still moved well. Found that they where a lot of fun flipping with a small senko on and fell through hole nicely as long as the cover wasn't too thick. So always make sure to give something time, you might find you like more than you think.

I love trying new presentation techniques for bass fishing, and while I have yet to fish these (it's winter where I live), I can't wait to give these a try. The hooks are sticky sharp and the quality is top notch. Stay tuned as I will update the review once I've had a chance to try these out.

like the pre-rig option for a weighted hook setup like this that keep bait off the ground just a bit, as well as just a bit more 'free' while gulping in then if using pegged bullet head or a jig. Good quality hook and tungsten weight. can't wait for fishing season to startup

The Reaction Tackle Tungsten Jika Rig (1/4 oz, #1/0 Hook, Never Chip Black, 4-Pack) is a fantastic option for bass anglers looking for a versatile, bottom-contact presentation. The 97% tungsten weight provides incredible sensitivity, allowing you to feel every bite and bottom structure while keeping a compact profile that sinks quickly. One of the best features is the "Never Chip Black" coating, which truly holds up—even after repeated casts and contact with rocks or debris, it remains intact. The free-swinging hook design adds natural movement to soft plastics, making this an excellent choice for finesse techniques, flipping, or fishing through cover. The hook is sharp and strong, ensuring solid hooksets without bending, and the Jika rig itself is weedless, which makes it great for targeting bass in submerged vegetation and rocky areas. It works especially well with creature baits, craws, and worms, giving them a lifelike action that bass can’t resist. If you're looking for high-quality, durable Jika rigs that maximize sensitivity and performance, this Reaction Tackle Tungsten Jika Rig is a great investment. Highly recommended for serious bass anglers!

These Jika rigs are roughly the same price as others with lead weights, but these are 97% tungsten. The hooks seem strong and sharp, though I'm not sure what brand hooks they use, they remind me of Owner's. I've had zero issues so far with hookups and these are perfect for punch grass next to docks.

I have been a fan of jigs for over 60 years, and this is a style I have not seen before. Tungsten is denser than lead, and these should sink more quickly than traditional lead jigs. There have been occasions when a quickly sinking lure results in more fish, and I am glad to have these jigs available. The hooks are sharp, but I did notice one hook had a slightly bent tip. This was quickly fixed with a hook hone, and the hook was still quite sharp even before the sharpening. It's January and all the lakes are covered with ice. I won't have a chance to use these until this spring. However, they are a unique design and look like they will be effective in snaggy areas -- either rocks or weeds. I am looking forward to giving these a try.
