I wanted a rear basket to fit on my bike to carry something’s that are a bit larger then on a front carrier. The item came with two different items, one a standard bike rack and then a basket to sit on the rack. No instructions were included for install, I had to go to amazon and look at pictures, there was no video and no customer service line, no instruction manual. Then of course multiple problems fitting the rack to the bike frame, who knows which screws and nuts are to be used had to use trial and error. So 3 hours later, had to rig it to work right. Who knows how long it will last. This is the worst product I have ever purchased on Amazon, should have sent it back.

Exactly what I needed for my bike. Now I can put my backpack in the basket. Or run to the grocery store.
