Seems like the cable was crimped backwards. Once installed you have to much cable in the axle and not enough at the body to connect to the stock ebrake handle assembly. Brackets could be modified to make it work on the body side but is the extra slack in the brake housing (axle side) going to cause issues or not? Other than that, seems to be a quality product as far as material and crimps.
