Understood from the product description for it to be gray, arrived dark charcoal and a very different color than my 2011 Sienna's interior. Happy my seat works well again, very unhappy that I either have to replace more items so it matches, or find one that accurately describes the interior color and appears as the OEM handles do, as in no large bright yellow numbers in it .
