Installation:
1) Joint the wiper arm with the cross-pillar, which is in the middle of the wiper blade.
2) Put in vertical direction. The wiper arm would be stuck in the blade.
3) Install the whole kit. Done

I actually only needed the plastic cover, but this included the whole wiper assembly minus the flanged nut. The wiper that came with it was a little loose in the hooked bracket on the oem arm, but the cover works perfectly. I painted it with some weather resistant paint and popped it on. With shipping the oem plastic would run about $25 alone. For me, this cosmetic part was worth the bargain.
