These have been working perfectly for almost two years for a broken sensor repair and a new door. Our Ring Alarm system has two retrofit kits. We prefer hidden hardwired sensors that don't require battery changes. The plastic on these isn't as brittle as the originals so I hope they last longer. So far, so good.

I use these sensors with my access control panels to sense when a door is close/open. It works well and simple to wire. They're really basic but that's all you need for a device like this!
