Mounting The Led/laser Is Easy With The Two Included Straps: One Head Strap And One 42" Waist/extremity Strap. This Makes It Ideal For Cervical Control, Lumbopelvic Control, Or For Control Of Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Hip,ankle, Knee. The Laser Adjustable, Allowing For Use At Various Angles.
If you want to wear it on your wrist or ankle, remove the T-shaped headband from your headlamp and use one of the appropriate length to attach it to your headlamp.

I was looking forward to using the laser pointer as part of my at-home physical therapy. The headlamp comes with no written instructions and no website for support. The connector that fits into the charging area does not seem to go in all the way, and after charging for 24 hours, I had no response from either light. In addition, there is not an indicator to show when the unit is charged. I'm returning it because it is just too hard to deal with. The company really needs to provide more support for this product.

We purchased it to be used with physical therapy patients, for various aspects of neuro retraining and it has done exactly what we wanted. Very easy to put on and take off and to adjust the sizes.

The other one I ordered had two circles instead of one on the laser part. This one has only one clear circle. I haven't used the headlight yet, but the laser is great!

It works. The aesthetics could be improved. Cheap quality feel for price. Worry about a laser pointer and contact with others eyes when using.

I first encountered an LED headlamp at the physical therapy gym. While working with them there on strength training, I bumped my head. They decided to help me with proprioception training. So now that I'm moving on to working out at a gym, I bought myself an LED headlamp to use it for proprioception training at home. The one I picked out is great, it's got a plug to recharge the batteries, so no replacing batteries. I love it. This is one of my favorite exercises!
