Battery lasts all night. Ball is durable and the dogs and kids love it. USB recharging is easy to use. Did not come with a pump adapter. Sometimes with the right kick the battery cover comes loose and opens up but it's not a huge deal, just pop it back closed and keep playing.

I wanted to try this ball because it was starting to get dark outside during my high school son's shooting practice at the park. This ball is feels like a rubber ball, not a soccer ball texture. It won't feel the same striking it. The light up was super fun, but you have to hit it, for it to turn on. That means, if it's darker outside, you don't have as good a sight of the ball before kicking it. It does eventually turn off too, so if you are shooting multiple balls, you can't wait until you are done shooting them all to go chase it down. After a couple of months, the ball is flat and after a few uses here and there during those months, the battery is dead and it needs to be recharged.This is more of a fun thing than a practical serious practice ball.
