The device itself seems decent. If you draw on some paper with a Sharpie and then go over it with the laser, it affects the black ink but nothing else. Just like it should. (I haven’t done enough sessions on my tattoo to give any proper rating for that side of things.)My main problem is with the documentation. The booklet is VERY sparse on information in terms of how to use it, and how to decide which of the various settings to use. There are a couple of links to YouTube videos, but they’re not videos from the company, they’re random YouTube vids from random people just randomly showing the device, and they don’t provide any useful information.And for a medical device like this that could cause serious harm if not used properly, good documentation and instructions are vital. So if you buy this, be prepared to basically be shooting in the dark. You’ll have no idea if you’re doing it right.

Tried over and over for months and tattoo looks darker. Tried several different settings and watched videos on how to do it and nothing works. Total scam
