This is something I wanted to have "just in case" but ended up using it within a month of owning it. It worked like a champ. Used this to pull out a roll back tow truck that got buried in the mud... Trying to pull out cars that were also buried in the mud. (the irony of that situation was comical). The 5 ft running start my suburban was able to get was the only reason I was able to get that truck Un stuck. Stretch was decent, no sudden jarring from shock load from my perspective. Would recommend. Length is nice to hav but also makes for a pretty big bag you need to have room for.

I bought a hook and attached it to this lanyard. I used it to pull a 6300 pound skid steer out of the mud and it worked perfectly with my recovery strap.Highly recommend 5/5

I love the 2ft recovery rope for atv riding, however the shackle pin really needs to have a cotter pin. One ride and the shackle pin vibrated itself out and the the rope wrapped around my rear axle.

I have another kinetic rope I keep in my truck and have used it multiple times pulling myself and other out of snow. That kit cast about 4x as much. I haven't used this one yet but you get the rope, soft shackles, and a case. All seem well built (the bag is what it is, not great)
