The product I received was advertised as being made from red cedar, but you sent me something made from a hard, shiny and heavy wood that gets too hot for sauna use, making it unsuitable. While the shape matches the photo, the material is NOT cedar. Please send a replacement made from cedar as advertised or issue full refund.Thank you
