I'd been looking for a tray I could put around the umbrella and measured the post and this angel food pan fit perfectly! We like to keep some odds and ends on the table all the time and this holds them like it was made for this purpose!

I have a lemon cake recipe that I love, but it has a tendency to stick to the pan. This is the only pan that works--and beautifully. I highly recommend it. I love that it has no seams! The only thing that would improve it would be handles. It's hard to hold onto when turning out a cake.

I still use Pam baking spray with this pan but the cake comes out easy and theis pan will last me a lifetime, good quality.
