I got this as my original one is all black and I thought this would look cool on a black interior. It is plastic so you need to be careful with the tabs not to damage. Mine arrived intact.You get a small screw driver with it BUT I would never use it to take out the original button as you will damage something.Better to use some strong tape to pull the button out. The button is ever so slightly smaller than the original. Still looks fine, I do like it as it stands out.I don't know how durable it will be but so far so good. Only been using it a few weeks.

The Product Description says that fits BMW 5 Series F10 F11 2011-2018 but does not fit on a BMW F10 2012 , Too small.
