Great clinic jackets, but would off giving it 5 stars if it had a front pen pocket. It is very important in the medical field to have a front pocket for a pen and glasses. Good fabric however, and breathable.

The fit is intentionally a little bit loose. There is enough allowance for regular clothing to be worn without it being constricting. This jacket has great pockets - the patch pockets are deep enough that items stay securely stored.

My boyfriend works as a chef. This jacket is perfect for his job. White jacket is perfect for kitchen and since it gets dirty after a single use, one can never have enough of them. Material is fine, not too heavy and it is working out fine in a hot kitchen. Considering what this jacket is used for, I do not like washing it at home laundry machine, it needs heavy duty washing. So I let my boyfriend have it dropped off with his restaurant laundry service company.

Although the ESD features are designed for electronics assembly, it is also good in culinary and other applications. Well made basic work jacket fits correctly and looks good. Should last a very long time as is expected for work wear.

Buttons on the sleeve are nice rather than having a large loose sleeve opening. Got this for handling some sensitive electronics while working on a bench. The length is right to not get in the way sitting at the bench. Some longer coats are kinda of a pain when sitting down, no problem here. Glad to have this as I can still wear what I want underneath (especially wearing a fleece pull-over or a corduroy shirt underneath -- neither of which I could reasonably wear before when handling ESD sensitive components.

Other reviewer clearly isn't aware of what an ESD shirt impregnated with conductive material would feel like. This coat does the trick in our lab.

Didn't know what an anti-stat counter jacket was, but now I do. When wearing the jacket, it felt itchy and uncomfortable. Definitely a jacket to wear with a long sleeve shirt underneath. If you need anti-stat tho, it's probably an OK jacket. It's not tight through the shoulders like the regular shop coat that Red Kap sells. In the end, I finally settled on a Condor 4TWE9 shop coat.
