Did not shrink, fit as described. Do get dirty easily and has a few stains but what can you do working in a kitchen. The quality has held up.

Perfect Chef Jacket! Whole back panel is mess for air flow. Light weight material. Color didn’t bleed when washed. The size is what it says it is. Completely comfortable and airy for hot galleys/Kitchens! Going to order more!
