The bones have been of consistent quality over many shipments. Shipping time is always good.

I paid $80.00 for a box of 20 of these bones. Ten of them had such tiny holes at each end, that no size dog could access the peanut butter filling. I had ordered these once before, and had received good bones. But this box looked like it had been manually filled. In essence, I paid for 20 bones, but only 10 are usable. I just threw away forty dollars of the eighty dollar cost. Will not order again.

My dog absolutely loves these filled bones. I buy the small ones which are about 150 calories. I researched the ingredients and they appear to be healthy for dogs. After my dog is done licking out the filling, he will commence to chew on the bones. I am a little concerned about bone splinters, so I will take them away at that point. I was buying them at the grocery store for $6 apiece, but it is much cheaper to buy them in quantity online. It comes to about $2 apiece. One of the first things my dog does in the morning is look to see if he has a fresh bone. He will then save the bone for a special time during the day. I often see him happily carrying the bone around in his mouth.

Normally the size is not an issue. The last order sent most of the bones with tiny openings. Too expensive for the bones to have small openings. Will not buy again until this issue is resolved. I have 10+ bones with openings too small for a 27 pound dog.

I have a 9yr. old 90lb Bullmation and an 8 week old Lab/Aussie/bully mix and they love them. There is at least 2 in every place they spend time in. I live in a small town, with limited options, I haven't been able to find the big bones for almost a year. My old girl can't hold the small ones in her paws because the bones are too short. These are fantastic! The puppy cleans the inside of the little bones out in one sitting, he has to work at these a little harder, thus stays busy.

Buying these in bulk at $60, they are almost half the price of the grocery store. However, the cheese filling is so fresh and smooth that our dog can lick through it 3x's faster. In addition, because the filling is creamier, it smears and stains anything he's on while enjoying his bone. The grocery store must not sell them as quickly, the filling is harder/drier and crumbles when falling out, which our dog eats immediately. Instead of licking and in turn pushing the filling into the rug, couch, his bed etc. He now has to stay on his blanket with them while inside. I saved money buying them in bulk but he goes thru them faster. I'm going to try melting lard, peanut butter and cheese whiz. If it melts like I hope, I'll pour it into an empty bone and then see if it forms up enough to use the bone a few more times. Otherwise, the mess added to how quickly he goes through these wont be worth it. I'll buy him the soup bones at the grocery store.

This is a great product for my two Labrador Retrievers. They love receiving this treat. The problem is the price keeps increasing. I first purchased these two years ago for about $50 for the box of 12. Now, two years later, the price seems to be going up every few months. I'm not sure why the cost increases either. Rather than purchase a new box of 12, I am recylcling the old bones by cleaning them and inserting something else inside the bone (once the insides have been cleaned out by the dogs). These are hard bones and very difficult to break. I haven't seen one broken but have seen one of my dogs chew at it breaking the ends. Sometimes you'll get fat bones in the box with lots of filled product and other times you'll receive thin bones. The last 12 I purchased, was around $68 for 12. The entire box had the 6-inch bones but they were all thin, so practically useless. The box before this last one had fat bones. If the price decreases, I'll buy some new ones to replace the old ones. I have also purchased the cheese and beef filled bones from the same seller. Shipping costs are expensive also. Add the significant cost to purchase the box of 12 plus shipping, and these days it'll run close to $100 which is too expensive for us.I'd recommend the bones, but if you want to try them out first before buying a large quantity, the seller sells singles as well. If the price decreased back under $60 and the shipping costs were cheaper, I would have given this a 5 star rating.
