Adjustment rod fits very loosely into arms and will rotate out when the engine is running due to vibration -If you are not paying attention adjustment rod will eventually work its way completely outWhich can allow the axle to spin out of socket - leading up to the axle being bent at higher speeds.When I first installed these parts I used red loctite on the threads, but this didn't prevent the above from happening.After removing the axle and hitting it with a hammer a few times to straighten it out I came up with another solution to fix the issue.Rather than using loctite -1) Find nuts with the same thread2) Grind the arms down a bit to allow room for the nutsNow you have jam nuts to keep the adjustment rod from rotating out.
