Love how smooth and buttery the keys are. Not loud with the clicking noise. Many different effects that can be changed to. Highly recommend!

The Redragon K719 Wireless Gasket Gaming Keyboard is a remarkable addition to any gaming setup, boasting a sleek and modern design with its jade cloud accents and LED backlight that can be customised to fit your aesthetic preferences. The 95-key layout strikes a balance between compactness and functionality, retaining the utility of a numpad for everyday tasks like IP addresses and calculations. The standout feature is the Smart Info-Island Screen, which provides real-time updates on battery levels, connection modes, and even allows for some entertaining customisation with gif memes. The inclusion of a control knob further enhances the user experience, offering intuitive access to volume and lighting adjustments without the hassle of function key combinations. This feature, coupled with the tri-mode connection technology, ensures seamless connectivity across USB-C wired, Bluetooth, and 2.4GHz wireless modes, making the keyboard versatile for both gaming and work environments. On the performance front, the Redragon K719 excels with its custom Mint Mambo linear switches, which offer smooth and satisfying keystrokes that are well-suited for both gaming and typing. The innovative GASKET design significantly reduces typing noise, thanks to its comprehensive noise dampening system, which includes multiple foam and silicone layers for a softer typing feel. While some may find the keys a tad less "clicky", the overall typing experience remains satisfying and remarkably quieter than many mechanical keyboards. The keyboard's weight and sturdy construction add a premium feel, ensuring it stays firmly in place during intense gaming sessions. The accompanying software allows for extensive customisation, from firmware updates to lighting effects and macro programming, although it does require assigning macros to individual keys rather than combinations. Despite a few minor quibbles, such as the spongey mode switch button and the lack of a direct mute function on the knob, the Redragon K719 offers an impressive mix of style, functionality, and performance that makes it a top choice for those seeking a reliable and stylish gaming keyboard.

Over the past couple years, I’ve acquired quite a few keyboards in the ($35-$250 range), and this Redragon K719 is tied for being my favorite mechanical keyboard. Why? Because it feels really nice to type on and it sounds great—the one that it’s tied with is slightly better in both those areas, but lacks function keys (which I sorely missed) and extra features like the knob and display, hence the tie.For having a plastic body, it feels quite solid. The switches are quite nice and the keycaps are very good (though, I rather wish they’d had shine-through markings to take advantage of the RGB backlight). The backlighting has the typical range of effect—when set to solid “white”, it has a faintly pink tinge. I expected the display to be a gimmick, but it actually turns out to be pretty handy in practice—being able to glance at the time during a gaming session is nice and it’s also used to display settings menus. The control knob makes it easy to switch between modes (as well as adjust the volume, but alas, it’s not “press to mute”—as pressing it engages the settings mode. When I first plugged it in, it was displaying the correct date, but the wrong time. I couldn’t figure out how to make it sync the clock. The problem solved itself automatically as soon as I ran the configuration software (downloaded from Redragon’s website)—well, after it updated the keyboard’s firmware.Note: I cannot comment on the wireless functionality because I did not test it. I prefer wired peripherals—yes, the cables are unsightly and sometimes a hassle, but I like the reliability (no batteries dying at inconvenient times), lower latency, and improved security (I’m not deliberately broadcasting my actions).[Disclosure: I received this product for “free”—in quotes because the IRS considers the item’s retail value as taxable income for federal income tax purposes. This review is my personally written—not AI generated—honest opinion, and is uncensored by the seller.]

Love it! I love the esthetic and that it's much quieter than my last keyboard. It isn't the quietest but I love how the keyboard feels and I don't mind the slight sound it makes. If I took the time to read the instructions, I bet I could fix the clock. But I plugged it in and went straight into gaming! It responds great when I tried out Marvel Rivals and Monster Hunter! The light effects are really cool and trippy, but I'm basic and like to opt for the static setting.Love it!

It's my first mechanical keyboard, so I don't have a baseline, but so far, so good. I like the typing sound and experience. I wish the keys themselves lit up (instead of just in the background, around the edges), but the color of the keys is good. It's surprisingly hefty in weight, but sturdy.

Okay, so the title of my review refers to the noise coming from the keyboard when typing, it just isn't "clicky clacky" enough for me, but then it does saw all over the listing that there are 5-layers of noise dampening on this thing, so there's that...Anyway, this keyboard was to replace another mechanical keyboard, which was a bit on the small side anyway, this is bigger, but, as I am used to a smaller keyboard, I am having to get used to a larger one so I keep missing keys, that said, key travel is satisfactory (it not noisy enough for me), and the keyboard as a whole is pretty solid, and is aesthetically pleasing with its "jade cloud" accents, and an LED backlight that you can customise. This keyboard also has a little built in LCD screen and a control knob with multiple features depending on context such as changing volume, LED lights, etc. All probably unnecessary and adds to the cost of the keyboard probably, but it does lift it close to "premium economy" class. This is a great keyboard, it's great for gaming (Steam) and for typing (I'm using it to type this here review).

I am currently typing this review on this keyboard. It's very well made. The keys feel fantastic. I replaced the keycaps on it, because I didn't really like the green. The dial and screen are multi functional for volume, RGB control, time, and more. You can even put an animated GIF on it. I love that it is a smaller keyboard, but retains the num pad.

My screen is scratched. Also the screen is quit small so don’t expect anything crazy. There where also little grass pieces in the packaging and had to compress air the keyboard.
