This is a well made safety vest that I recommend for everybody who likes to walk or run especially in the dark. If you're going to wear them over a jacket order a size or two bigger than what you normally wear because they do run small. The sizes are more like t-shirt sizes and for anyone who lives in cold weather and wants to wear these over their jackets they will not fit unless you order a size or two bigger. Otherwise great item! Priced really well
