Great price, fast delivery, easy set up and works great This was ordered to replace broken black and white laser printer in my home office. It arrived a day early. It was very clean - looked almost new. Even though it also has wireless connectivity, I was able to plug into USB port and had it printing in 15 minutes.

Printers came very dirty like something was spilled all over them. Also, paper trays were missing.

Our printer would not work properly. Wanted the same model and found this refurbished one.Had someone come in to look at ours and found out that HP was no longer offering updates for this model and the problem could not be fixed without an update that it wanted us to perform. He said nothing could be done. I asked if this one would do the same thing to our system and he said yes because when hooking it up,it would require the update. By this time our return window was closed. I sent a letter to Amazon to let them know that the product was unusable. Be warned,they still have this as a buying option.

Works as expected and it was in great shape for a used , refurbished product. Saved a ton of money. Not sure how long the included cartridge will last but working fine so far.
