I only learned that the product was defective when i get a chance to use it. I thought it's just my laptop but i used my friends laptop is the same problem. Humming sound coming out and left platter not functioning properly. So it's a waste of money on my end because i missed the opportunity to return it because it expires already.

It's disappointing to know that you are paying for a new product!! You open it and you see fingerprints everywhere. Amazon should have policies or sell "open box" products for less. By the way, the right pads are defective. Excellent idea from the manufacturer. I prefer to buy it at guitar center at least I'll be sure it's new.

I love the idea of this controller. The knobs and buttons feel cheap. I replaced the knobs with pro knobs, and I was happy again. Then the headphone jack started losing connection. Then the USB connection failed, would lose connection. So sad. A brilliant idea, but terribly cheap construction. I would pay triple the price for a pro quality version of this controller.

I currently use the traktor z1, but wish I had some of the bells and whistles of the larger controllers. I work in bars with tight spaces so space is a premium, and so the reloop immediately caught my eye due to its size/features. It’s a great unit, but my two issues were the placement of the rca outputs and the sliders. Having cables coming out the sides isn’t ideal for me. I could deal with that, but not the sliders which felt a little cheap, easily bent and don’t sit snug. For example, if you put the channel all the way up they jiggle themselves out of place in bass heavy spaces. At this price point I would have expected something that felt a bit more solid. I think it’s a great beginner / intermediate unit but the quality of the sliders worried me that maybe it couldn’t handle some of the stress working dj’s put these units through.

Loved this controller in terms of its functionality. I intended to use as my controller in a broadcasting scenario for radio but the main problem was the output noise. Found it way to noisy to broadcast live. Could it have been a faulty unit ? tempted to reorder to find out. Bottom line is I has to return it.
