  • 3" Pipe; Universal 3" Pipe Flange, 2 Slotted Bolt Holes, 3-31/32" to 4-1/2" Bolt Hole Spacing, 1 (each)
  • 2 Slotted Bolt Holes provide a range of bolt hole spacing
  • Heating and cooling of the exhaust system causes header and manifold flanges to warp resulting in gaps between the head and header which Remflex exhaust gaskets seal completely due to the thickness and compressibility of the 100 percent flexible graphite
  • Remflex exhaust gaskets come in a standard 1/8 inch thickness and are designed to crush 50 percent allowing them to fill any pits or gaps in the flange surface up to 1/16 inch
  • There are no rubber binders or composite materials in Remflex exhaust gaskets so they will not shrink or harden due to time or temperature eliminating the need to go back and continually retighten your flange bolts

Remflex Exhaust Gaskets are soft and compressible so the suggested torque for each gasket, which is generally much lower than factory torque, is listed on the back of each package. Remflex's unique flexible graphite material has been proven for more than 30 years in industrial applications, where temperatures routinely exceed 2000 degrees-day after day, week after week, year after year. For over 10 years Remflex have been bringing this technology to automotive enthusiasts of all kinds to eliminate exhaust leaks for good. Experience has shown that no gasket should be reused if you want a reliable seal, therefore Remflex do not sell or market gaskets as reusable even though it have been told that they have been reused successfully in the past. Do not use sealants of any type with gaskets. The sealant burns out rapidly leaving a gap which creates an exhaust leak. Remflex Exhaust Gaskets are good to 3000 degrees which far exceeds the temperature rating of any sealant.

I'm running an Invidia Q300 catback, I initially had the original foil-plated cardboard gaskets included with the Q300 that inevitably rot, then I bought some proper multi-layer steel gaskets; both of those gaskets had a small leak and would leak condensation from the flanges when parked. Perhaps the Q300 flanges are not flat (I've not checked). I learned about Remflex gaskets while researching the leaking issue.I've been running the 2.5" pair and the 3" (8007) gasket for two weeks, torqued as directed (20 ft-lbs), and haven't seen any condensation leaking from the flanges, so I assume my leaks are resolved. These gaskets are soft, so I'm very interested in seeing how long they last. I'll follow up if they rust out, but I'm not in a snowy area, so they might last a long time.

I gave a review on the Remflex "make your own gasket" sheet, so check that for pics and more in depth thoughts on this product in general. (Click my name to see my reviews or search for the sheet)In short, this stuff is a blessing! It got my "impossible to seal" issues resolved on several different applications. I used this pre-cut gasket for ease and precision.*DON'T OVERTIGHTEN!! AND DO NOT BEND!!It will crumble very easily, so be gentle. And even tho it's very soft, it still seals fine with exhaust pressure hitting it. Watch it closely all around as you snug up the mating surfaces.

Fixed my exhaust leak. It’s nice and thick and it’s pliable so when u tighten it up it seals up the exhaust. Would buy again

Like a lot of the reviews say, they work really well to fix exhaust leaks, but they are really only good for one time use.I put them on my exhaust that had an exhaust leak due to a bent flange right at my catalytic converter and it fixed the leak; however, a few weeks later I got a very good deal on a high flow cat, so I install it without ordering another set of gaskets. I was very careful taking the exhaust apart and trying not to ruin or break the gasket, but one of those still managed to break apart even though I was quite careful.Considering you pay almost double what it costs for a normal gaskets, it would be nice if you could reuse it.

This is the perfect gasket to seal up your exhaust. The material compresses to form a tight seal.

Highly recommend these gaskets if you're dealing with a tiny leak due to flange design or aftermarket exhaust. Although I have an aftermarket exhaust, mine has a flat flange design that doesn't seem to work too well with traditional exhaust gaskets. The problem I have is that I have dual exhaust and to make both look symmetrical in terms of positioning and rotation, you need to tighten it down in a way that can make one leak. Traditional gaskets would seal fine for a short time but eventually leak past. These gaskets are as advertised, thick with great compression. The slots really help since my mid pipes are so close to each other that positioning a traditional gasket and feeding a bolt through makes it difficult. All in all, I'm very please with these and would by them again.
