Went to put the head on and noticed it was a little too big to sit inside the hoop. I double checked my hoop with several other heads and they all fit in fine. Ended up hammering the ring into the hoop and everything seems to be fine, just hope it doesn't warp my drum.

The head came in an unecessarily large box, and it came in already pulled.
