I always want to be as close to the primary sound of my drums. I want as little coloration as possible from a drum head. For me Remo heads give me the true sound of my Gretsch drums and the Vintage Coated Ambassadors do this in spades. They last as long as the regular ambassadors which i believe are single ply heads but they have a bit more neutrality in terms of letting you hear your drums exactly as they were engineered to sound. They also "rip" in a great way on all my snare drums.

耳につく事なく丸く穏やかな音だと感じました硬めの音が好みの方には物足りないかとおもいますがシチュエーションによって普通のコーテッドアンバサダーと使い分けるのもオススメです

I like these for brushwork as they have less rough surfacing then the standard Ambassador. the stick response is also quite comfortable. Good packaging and delivery.

Logo is different than advertised... already had the floor tom version (from a store) and was disappointed the logo is not as advertised .. Sounds great though .. remo is was will always be my fave

Durability and tone what else can You ask for. Its a durable "thinner" dual ply head.

If you're attempting to beef up your snare sound, this head may do the trick. I installed it on my 5 1/2" x14" Premier vintage metal snare (model 2000) and it sounds marvelous. Since the head is a bit thicker than a regular Ambassador, be advised that your stick rebound will decrease slightly; but it's not problematic. Recommended!

i recomend this product for any style of music I put these heads on my vintage kit, dw kit and my jazz kit and they work great my toms sing and yet they have that warmth of a kit with calf heads ....just love them. Sound best with a coated ambassador for the bottom head!!
