Okay short and sweet this stuff is the best this stuff is great I'm in the process of ordering another one if you go to some of these major hardware stores the big name brand hardware stores it's going to be so much more expensive than what you can find on here the stuff is awesome don't have to mow it it's always green all year round and it feels great when you walk on it shoes off with socks on it doesn't matter I'm glad I found it I knew about AstroTurf when I play football but this is on a whole another level this is great

I have a few small areas that some would call a front yard. I got tired of trying to get grass to grow, so I opted for artificial turf.The color of the turf is just about right if not a little on the bright side. You cannot tell the grass is fake unless you stand within a few feet. The blades do have a slight shimmer in the sun, which makes it look moist.I added some class 5 paver base under the turf to aid in drainage and hopefully extend the product's life. I also broomed sand onto the surface of the turf to protect it and help the blades stand verticle. The sand makes the grass look real because it adds additional color.If I had it to do over again, I would order grass with a longer blade. I have a small piece of turf on my balcony that I purchased from Costco. The dark green color and the longer blade make it look nearly indistinguishable from real grass. This product does not come that close, but it's more economical.
