The lowest weight bumper plate I had was 10lbs...so I bought some of these in 5’s and 2.5’s which complete my set. They seem to be of good quality and function perfectly.

I've seen a lot of people saying these didn't fit their barbells. I got the 5pb and 2.5lb plates and they fit right out of the box. I have Synergy Bars and these plates slid right on. No overbearing smell like a lot of others stated. REP makes some great products and these are one of them.

These plates are durable and I can tell they will easily last me for the rest of my life. I don't even think the engraved red logo will fade. I use them for my barbell lifts: squats, bench, deadlift, overhead press, and won't be surprised if I end up passing these down to my children, and they pass it down to their future grandchildren.The reason I bought these plates was because I was out of town for months while attending college and was annoyed with always having to search for the only pair of 2.5 plates in the gym. Once the pair of 2.5 plates went down to only ONE 2.5 LB plate, I had enough and finally ordered my own from Amazon.Even when I come back home to my commercial gym, or any other gym around the world, I have comfort knowing I’ll be prepared with my own set of 2.5’s.

Well, the weights feel pretty well made. But these clowns sent me 2 5 pound weights, not 2 2.5 pound weights.

I deviated in getting these and adding to my pride gym. I have all bumper plates and wanted something with protection that looked nice.... I am more about admiring my amazing home gym then using but 20% of the time while admiring I start touching and before you know it I start working out.
