I didn't realize that my XP-80 had a battery for memory backup and an expiration date to boot. I booked a professional to do the job, the board is live (like an apple) and I didn't want to take a chance. I think at this price it is the least expensive thing I have done all year.

Worked perfectly! Watched a youtube video so I could remove the old battery from my Roland XP-50 keyboard and insert this new battery. Just remember to reset to original factory settings after installing battery so that your screen comes back on properly.

After an initial mixup I received what I ordered. Put it in my XP-80 Workstation but the battery must have been either incompatible are past its useful date.
