This looked like a great idea when our old iPod Nano stopped holding its charge. Just get a new battery! The listing says it comes with all the tools needed. (And in all fairness it has a lovely little packet of tools.) Um, no instructions, though... so I went online and discovered that there is really no way for us ordinary folks to change a battery in an iPod Nano. You CAN do it. It requires soldering. IMHO it means it requires a new iPod. Don't waste your money unless you're an expert.
