This is a good, economic replacement, it seems similar in quality and build to the OEM part and is a fraction of the price. It worked well at replacing the pump on a KM500MAH, and the machine has been running smoothly since installing this. However, you only get the pump, without any instructions, so if you've never installed one of these before, expect to do a lot of research. Fortunately, we had this issue before, so were well aware of how to install it, but any instructions would be nice for general use.

Works for hoshizaki machine however came w no instructions of schematic . Says to contact seller on Amazon but there is no means to do so at all. Had to call another vendor for wiring . Customer service lacks

I'm completely blown away by how nice this water pump is! The quality is really outstanding and it seems that it was made with great attention to detail! Very user friendly and if you are familiar with using water pumps you can easily use this one! This comes very well packed and secured with all the correct pieces and parts. The instruction manual is clear and easy to read so it was very helpful with getting everything set up for the first time. My husband said it was simple and straightforward to use. He was able to drain this pesky ditch in our backyard that constantly fills with water. We know we will have to use this every time it rains so I'm thankful that it's so easy to use and it works great. It gets great suction and easily drains whatever you're trying to drain in no time. Super nice and we could not recommend it enough! This is super heavy duty and very well made so I'm sure this will last us for years to come. Definitely a solid 10/10! So far this is worth every penny and then some! Great bang for your buck
