It wipes. i dunno why it's so hard to get this arm for velosters, but this one works fine.

Appeared to be decent quality product, but not OEM spec. 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe bolt was larger than hole in the replacement arm. No way it would ever attach. Simply did not fit.
