The battery itself is good. Real capacity is the same as on description.Very low quality of plastic of opener tool.It crashed exactly when I started open device, so you need to buy other original high quality opener tools.

I took me over an hour to open my 6th Generation 80GB iPod Classic using the tools provided, both broke and did nothing right off of the bat. I had to resort to using a small screwdriver and various tools to finally prying it open. The battery also does not match the description, the battery says it is for a 5th Generation 30GB iPod Classic, however I can confirm that it does work in my iPod.

Battery is fine, but dont think you are going to get the iPod open with the included plastic tools. I had to use xacto knife blades to get at mine.
