Our shower handle gave up the ghost. This replacement met the bill! Works great and took a couple of minutes to change out. Great looking quality product too.

This is a nice quality replacement for the Delta single handle faucet using the #70 ball design with a round shank and flat for securing the knob adapter. The knob screw hole on these valves is centered in the handle as in this unit, rather than offset toward the bottom side of the knob where my shower valve knob mounts.My shower valve has the #212 ball design with a diamond shape stem and that additionally requires an offset mounting hole in the knob.I had gotten this without looking at that detail since the description stated "shower knob" and I didn't think to check what all of the valve options or considerations for Delta might be for that.My oversight, however the listing would be improved if it stated that this was only compatible with the #70 ball design. I have since checked other product listings for knobs like this and find that many of them have this added fitment information in one of the description bullet points. "FOR USE WITH RP70 Ball".Perhaps reading that or seeing an image of the shank that this mates to would have helped me from an incorrect purchase.

Fits peerless single handle shower perfect. Shipping was a little slower that I would have like. Not really much else to say other than it is exactly as described and seems to be a good quality product.

I checked mine first and it appeared it would fit. I took mine apart and everything seemed to matched but it did not fit when it arrived. Therefor I can't really say how it functions, just be sure it fits. I can't rate it low since I selected it thinking it was the correct one and I was incorrect.
