Wires burn with high heat. Probes read false high temperatures when they’re inside the food they seem to let the heat of the grill itself make the temperature skyrocket. Just doesn’t work well at all with my Weber iGrill . Garbage.

I use these regularly on my IGrill thermometer when using my smoker to check ambient and meat internal temp. They have held up well to regular use.
