Just make sure you order the remote for the right model. When I received mine, I put the batteries and initially it didn’t work. So I followed the instruction and it says to unplug the fan first. I did and after it works.

It’s a remote. It turns on the fan that I wanted it to. Unfortunately it also turns on the heater that is in the room also. It’s also really small. This thing will get lost pretty quickly unless you put a leash on it.

The original remote control finally failed. It had been giving me concerns for a while. This replacement remote works better than the original! The original remote was finicky...requiring a fairly accurate aiming of the remote for the ran to respond. This remote is much more effective and the fan will respond with less accuracy from my aim. Also, I saved a few dollars by ordering a used, refurbished remote and I'm completely satisfied with its performance.

Couldn’t get an exact replacement anymore. Took a gamble on this one based on reviews. Happy to say it worked right out of the box. Was surprised. Only knock is that the buttons are slightly different function that my original, but that’s not this product’s fault. So it deserves 5 stars, IMO.

Doesn’t need to be programmed at all! Just put batteries in and it turns on and off my fan like it should! The buttons are nicer than my old one and completely silent when pushed. Super great price for a replacement that actually works!
