Item was very well protected in packaging everything needed was included tools were usefull but a screen opening tool would have been more useful than the plastic tools. A previous screen replacement I purchased included one with the screen which I had to use instead of the supplied tools.

This arrived shattered and rattling around in the box. The company sent me a new one and I installed it, but the touch screen doesn’t work. I still got charged for 2 screens. Waste of money

Whatever kind of adhesive they put into this doesn't stick down. Yes, I peeled off the tape inside to expose the adhesive. It looks like I'll have to buy some 3m double-sided adhesive. Otherwise, all is well.

Easy to install with patience and skill. Difficult to get adhesive to stick in corners.
