I know it looks and sounds like a good product to buy, but please, save your money. Mine came with no instructions, there is no fill line so very easy to overflow, the "fountain" never flowed like it does in the ad, noisy, and essentially quit working after two weeks. Great idea but poor design.

I was hoping my lizard would drink from this because I read the movement of water helped. This was a big flop. First, it's really tall and makes a lot of noise. After a couple of days, my lizard must have tried to climb on it to get a drink, and it tipped over getting water everywhere. Then when It's empty, it makes this crazy loud alarm like sounds. I had no idea what it was when I got home; it sounded like a house alarm. I finally found it was this dumb fountain. So it's too tall where a lizard can't reach it from the ground, and then they can tip it over if they climb on it to get a drink. Didn't work for me. Back to still water in a bowl.

Spike says she loves this item in her tank because it makes her feel like she is next to a babbling brook. She also likes that there is room for her treats in it as well! 😀😋

Great price. I was worried as other reviews said it’s loud or leaks. The only time it is loud is when it’s running low on water. Only time I had a leak is when I over filled it. Fits great in my cage

Only 3 stars. The water doesn't pool in the reservoir like I thought it would. The outgoing stream is also a little weak and wavering. The machine itself is tall, so I suggest having it partially buried in substrate or having something to help your animal climb onto it. Super easy installation though, very easy to fill. Almost silent while running. Still pe ding on if my animal will use it.
