The first ad you see says the lid is included. Click on this ad and then the next ad said the lid is not included.Well, I got a bucket without a lid. Now I have to spend more $$ and waste my time to get what I thought I was ordering.

I ordered x 2 in last two weeks. Both orders came without lids. Add clearly states buckets and lids. Second order (replacement) was drop shipped directly from Restaurantware w/o lids. Amazon rep not helpful, would not send lids and would not contact Restaurantware to assist. I called Restaurantware and was told they could not send lids as they were sold together (lid and bucket) Obviously this is not true as mine arrived twice without lids. I have 4 buckets without lids and Amazon and Restaurantware refuses to get lids to me. It seems amazon has gotten out of the customer service ethic that helped make them and and is dealing with companies who may be less than capable of adequate service standards that helped spawn Amazon's success. What a shame. Meanwhile my baking flour is absorbing moisture.
