Needed these pans for my party. Worked perfect for my taco bar. I used them for all my salsa, guac, cheese, sour cream, etc. The notched lids are perfect for coverage and serving spoons/ladles.

Overall, I like the usefulness of these hotel pans, and they're a good size too. The lids fit nicely and they stack well in each other.So far, the only downside I can think of is that they gather water stains very easily. I hand washed all of them and tried letting them air dry. I don't have hard water but they look dirty even after a good scrub with a soft sponge.

These work great for my bakery. They look great and very sturdy. The last time I used these pans, I made filled croissants and needed a very sturdy pan so I could stack and transport them. Not one croissant was damaged. Cleanup is very easy! I will be purchasing more.
