Seller was great! Unfortunately the reptirad radiant heat panel not so much. The panel gets very hot on the underside instead of projecting heat downward it just gives off heat in both directions. I had planned to mount this to a PVC enclosure but will not after I plugged it in and tested. I guess I will just use it for heat for a different animal than I had intended. That sucks because I had a lot of hopes for this heat panel
