It looks good in my 21 Outback. The retractable part doesn't function that great. Sometimes it retracts, sometimes I have to feed it back in myself.

Size and color were perfect. The only issue is the flap that is supposed to but up against the rear gate hangs down and leaves an open view to the storage area. I will modify it myself but this defeats the purpose of this equipment.

The attention to detail was perfect, first, with an email to ensure that I had ordered the correct model; and then, tracking the shipment from origin, thru U.S. Customs, to the carrier and delivery. The Customs hold was the reason for the slowness. The fit was perfect, too.
